Month of Coordination Starting at $950.00 

This package is for the couple that has pulled together all the details of their big day but needs a little help to ensure the day runs smoothly. Debbie starts working with clients 6-8 weeks prior to the wedding and provides many hours prior to the wedding day working with vendors, creating timelines and event layout. This service is essential to all brides and allows you, your family, and friends to enjoy your day stress free.

  • Referral to reputable vendors, review of vendor contracts, and confirmation of vendors 2 weeks prior to the wedding day ​  
  • One visit to your ceremony and reception venue prior to the wedding to create a design layout (2 hours)

  • Manage wedding vendors-(Will contact 30 days, 2 weeks and 1 day prior to the event)

  • Organize wedding rehearsal (Up to 2 hours of rehearsal time)

  • Manage vendor & décor setup at ceremony & reception

  • Orchestrate wedding ceremony

Sunshine Events by Debbie offers a Professional DJ service that is prepared to keep your guest on the dance floor. We can assist with creating a personalized play list or you can trust our impeccable timing and ability to read the crowd to play the best music for you and your guest. We are prepared to be your emcee but also remain behind the scenes to keep the focus on you! We also assist in creating a timeline for your event.

We can set up at 3 different locations within your venue, for ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. That way, the music never stops! We also provide back-up equipment, dance floor lighting, wireless microphone, and a clip-on microphone for ceremony at no extra charge.
